The CEO is at the top of the hierarchy with - Finance Head, Head of Department (Technical) and Business Development Advisor reporting to him on weekly basis. Further, the Accounts and Audit Manager reports to Finance Head who directly interacts with the CEO for all technical matters. As the strength of organization will increase the organization plans to employ more staff reporting into each Head of the Department respectively.

Each staff has clearly defined roles and responsibilities / reporting manager. The Quality Manager & HS & E Manager interact with all the heads for Quality and Health Safety and Environment Purpose.
