Alluvium International is a company incorporated in Australia engaged in consulting and engineering services in the areas of water resources, sanitation and environment, Coastal engineering, safety and management services.

A Memorandum of Understanding Was signed in between C2S2 and Alluvium by as a member of JV, C2S2 will oversee the project activities in the sectors of water management, environment engineering; Planning, monitoring and evaluation. Alluvium International will be responsible for overseeing the sectors of water resources, river and catchments.

A memorandum of understanding was signed in between Cetus Consulting Solution Services and CC Patel & Associates Pvt. Ltd. On 9th July 2015 based in Gujarat. CCPA is very well known name in the field of irrigation, drainage and Project Management Service.

The memorandum of understanding basically aimed to boost collaboration in the field of water, environment, irrigation, hydropower, urban water management, energy and environment studies.

A significant milestone was achieved when a memorandum of understanding was signed in between Cetus Consulting Solutions and Central University of Jharkhand in the august presence of Honorable President of India Dr. Pranav Mukherjee.

This association is one of a kind of industrial academic collaboration aimed to-

• Provide support for improving the course curriculum at Central University of Jharkhand which would be relevant for industry
• Share their knowledge and experience by way of taking sessions, participating in seminars and other academic activities of Central University of Jharkhand
• Summer internship to interested students of Central University of Jharkhand at its offices/ project locations so that the students get hands on experience of live projects
• Provide periodic field visits to faculty and students of Central University of Jharkhand at its project sites to enable them to get practical exposure and learning from interaction with members of Cuttack Consulting Solution Services Pvt. Ltd (C2S2) project teams.
• Offering specific projects with identified deliverables to be executed by Central University of Jharkhand.
• Providing advance training and/or post-graduation studies at its various Schools/Centers.

WaterBank has been introduced as registered firm in India as WaterBank India in collaboration with Cetus Consulting Solution Services. The aim of this collaboration that was signed in between the parties on 09 th May 2016 is to provide a business platform for future interventions like manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, sales or leasing, distribution, installation and commissioning and after sales and services /or waterBank related products.

On 16.12.2016 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Cetus Consultancy Solution Services and Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. a company incorporated in Taiwan, Republic of China. Through this agreement both parties agreed on below mentioned points-

a. Sales of SEC-HY 21 software in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal.

b. To exchange information about the consultancy services projects related to water resources development and management, Urban water and waste water, smart city development in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal.

c. To enhance closer networks and collaborative ties.

On 18st day of Sept 2017 Cetus Consultancy Solution Services joined hands with Nirmalya Labs Private Limited with their head office in Odisha, Bhubneshwar. Nirmalya labs has been recognized as best startup organization in engineering and other relevant sectors.

Through this agreement C2S2 and Nirmalya labs agreed to enhance mutual coordination to bring in quality with respect to different service sectors in coming days.

On May 15, 2019 Cetus Consulting Solution Services Pvt. Ltd. Signed an agreement with Bentley and became the official channel partners for the sales of its products (Microstation, Openflows FLOOD, WaterGEMS, Sewer GEMS and many more) in India.

Cetus Consulting Solution Services Pvt. Ltd. has also signed an agreement with Bentley to be the official Bentley Institute Product Training Partner for organising training programs for Bentley products in India.

An authorization letter was signed between Oceanalpha USV and Cetus Consulting Solution Services Pvt. Ltd. To be the official representative for providing sales and services of Oceanalpha USV products in INDIA starting from May 6, 2019.

Oceanalpha is an USV manufacturer base in China was established in April 2010, is a global company focusing on Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV) development and offering world-leading USV solutions with independent intellectual property.

The applications include water quality sampling & monitoring, flow measurement, hydrographic survey, oceano-graphic research, security patrol, search & rescue, maritime affairs and etc. with advanced intelligent technology and deep understanding of user working environment.
